The responsibilities of this position will include the selling of Merchandise and building displays of salty snack products into local grocery stores. Assist local Branch manager with resets and deliveries of product to local stores. The Bachman Company, manufacture of Quality Snack Foods, is seeking Maintenance Mechanics to join our Reading manufacturing operation. Applicants must have at least 3 years Industrial Maintenance experience, preferably in a food-manufacturing environment. Applicant must be able to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings for troubleshooting purposes. Special mechanical or electrical skill sets, such as welding, plumbing, controls, packaging machinery experience, is highly desirable. Maintenance workers are required to join the union, must be 18 years or older, possess a High School Diploma or GED, and successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
